Seated one day in my favourite meditation pondok, enjoying the gusty day, contemplating my navel and the suchness of things I felt a faint stirring, a shimmering glimmer, an inkling that said....... “Quiz!”.
Ego! or rather, Yes! I thought, seizing on the idea (it now being the day of my copy deadline). It is now many moons since the Ascended Masters, whose servant I am, last spoke to me in this manner and imparting such of that ancient wisdom which, passing through me, first appeared before a thirsting world in this noble organ as the “Quiz Idiosyncraticus”. And now it seemed the spirit of the masters was calling me into service yet again.
So without further ado I closed my eyes and sank deep within. With the lowering of an eyelid, dropping into that ancient fellowship, being transported to those snowy fastnesses in the high places and plateaux where the Ascended Master dwell. I thought once again to receive the inspired message of the Lord Morya via the Master Koot Hoomi himself, loud and clear in his characteristic booming cadence. But nothing came. No whisper even from that high messenger and celestial odd-job man the Master Dwaj Khool. Not a word, not a note, nay not a solitary syllable. All I heard was the derisive hoot of Madame Blavatsky’s baboon.
Knowing in some way I was at fault, an unworthy vessel whose gross spiritual lunge had pushed the much-desired chalice beyond my grasp, I was cast down. Returning chastened to my meditation I contemplated my navel anew.
And then it came! Unbidden and unsought. Simplify! On the wings of holons borne through the ether the few simple words and images flowed. And so it is with great love and utmost respect I once again most humbly offer the wisdom of the Ascended Masters in the form of “The Quiz Simplex”.
It is not for me to say what mysteries and revelations lie encoded herein. I am but the unworthy messenger. Suffice it to say that the message is a personal one to each and every one of us and not something communicable, as the name might imply to the more profane and well-lived among us.
The Quiz Simplex
