at Makro) and a UPS to save your computer from power surges
and outages

13. Upgrading your software: Upgrading from
a previous version (like Word2000) to a newer version (like
Word2002), usually not needed. Upgrading from your current
version (like Word2002) with the latest update or patch (like
Word2002 SP-2) is a good idea
