Health From The Inside Out!

Did you know? that in the heart of Umalas, half way down the road, heading towards Spoiled Hairdressers, there is a new little ‘Juiceteria’ called PULP ART.

Many of us know about the benefits of eating Goji berries from the Himalayas - wild, natural berries, full of anti oxidants. So now we can buy GOCHI JUICE, made from the Goji berries and considered one of natures’ most powerful anti -ageing foods.

GoChi juice is termed ‘Health in a Bottle’ and works at a cellular level. With daily use (take two 2 oz shots per day) and you should feel invigorated in both physical health and mental faculties, you should sleep well, feeling rejuvenated with a more efficient performance of all your organs & improved eyesight! It has been termed a ‘natural wonder cure’ for many an ailment.

It’s delicious, buy a bottle, keep in the fridge and stick to the program for two weeks and you feel the difference! I bet you, it will be one habit that will stick for a very long time!

PULP ART JUICETERIA also serves up particularly delicious fresh juices along with frozen yoghurt. It’s a place to pop by, drink up and move on or sit awhile quietly with a juice in hand . T: 731 212

WHERE CAN ONE ‘DO YOGA’?

A friend new to Bali asked me this question recently and as we were traveling around the Seminyak area, two places came to mind, if you are looking to stretch your limbs, suggest you check both venues out and see which one suits you best -

Desa Seni - A Village Resort, set in lush gardens & rice fields, a quiet oasis, away from the busy hub of Seminyak. The site comprises of a series of Indonesian antique houses, which have been beautifully restored and full of wonderful furnishings. Apart from daily yoga classes, one can enjoy organic meals and traditional treatments at their Spa. (The easiest way to find this lovely location is take the ‘short cut’ on the way to the Canggu Club, via Jl Batu Belig which runs off Jl Petitenget, Kerobokan). Jl Kayu Putih, No 13, Canggu T: 844 6392

The Earth Café - which is located slap bang on Jl Laksmana, next to the Exotiq Property Office and just about opposite Villa Jodie. Apart from delicious organic food that you can enjoy at the café, there is a good selection of organic produce, vitamins and a selection of yogawear. Yoga classes are held in a pavilion at the back of the property within the gardens.

Liat Solomon is the lady at the helm of this business, call her on HP: 081 647 08884 or Office T: 7366 45 / 7461681 for more inquiries.

Many readers would know of Pauls Place in Seminyak, well, he is always on the go with new things ahappening! A smart looking, all white, three level SPA space is currently going up on Jl Petitenget (next to Villa Lumbung) so keep an eye on this one as you drive on by, but will let you know when it’s ready and open.
