The first of our Saturn/Uranus oppositions occurred yesterday. Even though there is a moment in time, in which the opposition becomes exact(planets at the same degree), this particular transit, will have an ongoing effect until mid 2010, with intensity around the four peak periods. Those being November 4, 2008; February 05, 2009; September 15, 2009; April 27, 2010 and finally July 27, 2010. So even though, as I mentioned, it’s an ongoing period of chaotic change, and boundary dissolution, the peak periods, will be highlighted by a feeling of intensity, confusion, fear, loss or out of control, impending danger and wanting to create security by holding onto the familiar. The up and wonderful side, of it all, is that we now get to co-create a future, that is brighter and more aligned than the past, which is rapidly now, disintegrating. Perhaps the most practical endeavor at this time, is to remove yourself, from the mass madness and find a safe haven, amidst the most tranquil settings, that you can find. Disconnect yourself, from the media, which is designed to keep you firmly entrenched within the illusion, and use the Uranus Pisces to access deep inner spaces of quietude. The Saturn Virgo, to restructure, that which is out of balance or no longer workable, in your own environment, be it home, work or community. Pluto remember, is about to enter into Capricorn, for the long haul, and is asking us to take responsibility for our lives and the Planet on which we live. The hard work of rebuilding, is about to begin.

ARIES : For the fast moving Aries, this time of great change, is exciting, though challenging; and then name me an Aries who is unable to rise to the challenge. As you quickly adapt yourself, to changing situations, past emotions may rise to the surface, for clearing and cleansing. Allow this purging, as it will hasten the process. Old issues are asking for resolution. If the going gets tough; sometimes it is enough to acknowledge the enormousness of the process, with a little kindness towards yourself, to release pressure.
TAURUS : With Venus about to enter Capricorn, you are in a good position to create some new boundaries for yourself, within your closest of relationships. Your value system also, is up for review. This is the time to look to the external picture, and see how it is being played out within. Where are your old, tried and true ideas bumping up against, the new and radically different ones? What in the outside scenario, presses your buttons the most? How can you now modify your behavior and your thinking to come into alignment?
GEMINI : Mercury moves into Scorpio, right on the Uranus/Saturn opposition. For you now, the transformation occurs in your mind, and how you handle your thoughts. Saturn wants you to organize them, a little better, while at the same time, doing a bit of a spring clean. Throw out, that thinking which no longer serves, the person you desire to be. Perhaps, it is negativity or criticism, jealousy and revenge thoughts, which you have inherited genetically, which are holding you back. This is the time to make the effort to change them.
CANCER : Powerful moon cycle, in Scorpio, culminating in the Taurus Full Moon, has you looking deeply into the nature of things. Uranus Pisces, creating a watery and emotional cleansing, along with this very grounded Full Moon. A great opportunity to feel, into things with practicality, and access some of your deepest desires and your true values. LEO : The work of transformation is not always pretty, although it is filled with Grace, and within that, is a graceful process. With the Uranus/Saturn prominent in this years birth chart, many are in store for radical departures of the old. Welcome these changes, with grace & ease. Although the old will present itself again & again, with its’ challenges, this is the time to launch yourself, like never before, with a renewed interest in your own well being, and what benefits you the most. SAGITTARIUS : Venus leaves your sign this fortnight, as Mars is about to enter. That attraction, may now turn to seduction, if you play your cards right.
