This is our Libran month, which culminates in the Full Moon, on the 15th, in Aries. Mercury goes direct the next day, and Venus moves into Sagittarius on the 19th. An interesting phenomena, the Sun is at the same degree on the Full Moon, as Mercury was, when it turned retrograde, on the 24th September. Mercury reaches that same degree again by the next New Moon at the end of October. 23 Libra, being that potent degree, is again highlighted by a trine to Neptune in Aquarius. Neptune the harbinger of spiritual reform on the Planet, leading us into a united field of oneness. Libra is about fairness, with the emphasis on relationship. Peace is always nurtured in our own hearts, and minds. Our outer reflections; relationships, show us how we are going with that process. Many of these relationships are transforming now and we are being asked to leave some behind, while others have passed US by, altogether. New acquaintances are deepening, and with Venus in Scorpio, have the potential to be intimate and very profound. The opposition between Uranus and Saturn begins to pull energy into its field of alignment. Remember, it is exact on November 4th the day of the US elections. Keep an eye on changing weather patterns as well as these will affect many on the Planet.

ARIES : Mars in Scorpio, adding some spice to your life. My, haven’t things changed for you? Could be, that you are feeling rather expressive in the sexual department and with the Full Moon in your sign, anything is possible. Careful where you place your energy then, because what you do will be interpreted in strong terms. Hasty actions could result in retaliation. It will be advisable to keep your intentions clear and your motives backed with integrity. Do your utmost to keep competition out of the equation.
TAURUS : There will be a shift in the way you react to things, by the end of the fortnight. So if everything is feeling a little hectic, rest assured,
the lightness and joy will return. If others are acting a little unpredictably, and lacking stability, allow that to be o.k. even if it is challenging for you. It is difficult to see with clarity, when things are in a state of turmoil. They will return to a certain degree of equilibrium again, although I would suggest that you get used to the possibility of a bumpy ride, for a while.
GEMINI : Mercury retrograde in Libra gives the mental realms a reasonable work out. Doubts, judgment, criticism, complaining and other possible negative scenarios make a pronounced impact on your psyche. You must find ways to eliminate them, as much as possible. Distract yourself if necessary, just to give yourself a break from the noise pollution. Any techniques you can utilize to that end will be very beneficial, otherwise you could drive yourself, and others, crazy. Neptune is hinting at spiritual practices.
CANCER : Something will be challenged in you, this fortnight, and will come from one of your closer relationships. Not wanting to upset the apple cart too much, you have probably said more than you needed to, in a situation which now has you wishing that you hadn’t. In hindsight, you recognize the mistake and now must make amends. The unfortunate part is that there is no quick fix for this slip-up of yours, and it will take time to rectify. You probably won’t see results until the end of the month, at the earliest.
LEO : Being close with others is not so much a problem for you, as you love the attention and giving it, as well. The only time that this becomes problematic, is when you refuse to accept the idea that you are looking into a mirror, when you see certain behaviors in others. Be brave this fortnight, and surrender to the idea that any discrepancy could be leading you in the direction of self-discovery and acceptance. Sometimes, people’s bad traits are our own unowned parts, playing out, right before our eyes.
VIRGO : Healing is occurring on many levels, and as such, takes time to integrate and assimilate. There is no hurry, to know it all. Allow the current waves of energy to wash over you, and stay as much as possible, grounded, and level headed. With Mercury causing everyone to stop and ponder a moment with their actions, Saturn and Jupiter are keeping your feet firmly on the ground. This is a good time then to keep plodding along, and stay with the current plan of action, while being mindful that adaptation could be necessary, at any turn.
LIBRA : This fortnight continues through to the end, with the Sun in your sign. Make hay while the Sun shines; that is to say, use this illumination to modify and make changes in your life. With the Grace and Blessings that come with this time of year, you would be crazy not to take advantage of them. Boldly make a plan for the coming year, remembering to add to it all from your wish list. Now, with Venus in Scorpio, you could begin to manifest those plans, with a little determination, and hard work.
SCORPIO : Pluto is inching its way back to Capricorn, when all begins anew, with a cycle that lasts until 2024. If that feels a little daunting (Capricorn represents time, boundaries and structures, among other things, and as you know, Pluto is all about destruction and rebirth) then perhaps you need to just kick up your heels a bit, until the end of November. Not such a bad idea, and with Venus and Mars in your sign, the prospects of sexual attractions are very high. If you are looking for a good time, you will probably just find it.
SAGITTARIUS : Every time I look at Jupiter in Capricorn, I get this feeling of plodding along. If that fits the expression of your life at this time, then perhaps it is just written in the stars. There is always work to do, even for your adventurous and fun-loving type. It’s not to say however, that work doesn’t include travel, as for many of you, it does just that. Try then, to incorporate your passions into your work schedule and all will be well. It is only when we start to separate our life out into different areas, that the problem arises. Just be yourself!
CAPRICORN : Saturn is your ruler, dancing with two very interesting characters, Jupiter and Uranus. Luck and change are shaping and remodeling your life, into a better fit. New perspectives are presenting themselves at a rapid pace. This is a process and will continue through to 2010. It’s a good thing then, that you have patience as a virtue, and that time is always on your side. Steadfast in your approach to life, you will be much sought after in these ever changing cycles. Staying in present time is always a good tool, in moments of crisis.
AQUARIUS : Uranus calling you with the Music of the Spheres. Great changes are approaching, and you can feel them, in the wind. This deepening and softening has led you to many and varied places, and now wanting to give back, you have found a way. Just knowing that your presence, when aligned, is a gift to the environment and to those around you, allows you to tap into Source, and share it. Life is teaching you how to stay grounded, centered and connected. This is your practice, no matter what the external situation.
PISCES : Neptune trines the Sun, on the Full Moon, opening the possibility of a new beginning for you. At the least, it will be an expression of your personality which has, up until now, not been exposed. Showing your spiritual side, will come more easily than normal, and the Full Moon in Aries will push you into your individuality. Remember too, that Neptune in the sign of Aquarius has you more motivated towards shared goals, and all things aimed at the consideration of everyone. A great time to step out, on a new enterprise.
