The Sun entered Virgo on the 23rd, and Mercury and Mars both changing signs, Libra and Cancer, respectively, to create a T-square with Pluto, to begin this fortnight, on the 26th. Venus moves into Leo, the following day. We are in the Leo moon cycle, which culminates in the Pisces Full Moon, just after midnight on the 5th September. Pluto turns direct on the 12th, just before the next Saturn/Uranus opposition on the 15th. Mercury turns retrograde on the 7th, spending the better part of the month retracing intellectual steps through Libra and Virgo. The Mars, Mercury, Pluto T-square activates and initiates transformation on a personal level. Tension welling up from within each and everyone of us, pushing us to instigate the changes necessary, to begin the next level of the letting go process, which will be in full force by mid month. Pressure will come also from the external, by way of verbal abuse and possible physical confrontation, looking for balance, nurture and dissolution of old mind sets. ARIES : This is a major crossroads for you, with the Mars/Pluto opposition. Aries fills the missing leg of this T-square, and with that, you will be propelled to action. The form of that will depend on your individualized chart and environment. What you can be sure of, is the catalystic effect of this configuration will produce permanent changes in your life and relationships. You may suddenly decide to quit your job, sell your business, move to another location or end relationships. Take the time to think it through, before making any hasty decisions.
TAURUS : Venus moves into Leo, promoting some ego issues for you this fortnight. Let’s not classify this as a bad thing. Sometimes it is necessary for you to stand your ground, and state your case, and even defend yourself. If you truly believe in what you’re doing or saying, then this is truly justified. Taking the easy way out of situations, is not an option, now, as avoidance will only promote irritation to the other person. Bring harmony and balance, as much as possible, and yet be firm and fair. Any flakiness will not be tolerated.
GEMINI : Mars leaves your sign, as Mercury your ruler, enters fellow air sign Libra, which pulls you also into this configuration of tension and confrontation. Mercury sits, a little like the mediator, between Pluto (transformation), and Mars (action) now. To be a successful mediator, you must remain unbiased, and listen to both sides of any story. Yours is not the job of making decisions, but rather remain impartial and maintain balance and harmony, in a hostile environment. Rather a tall order, don’t you think? Stay calm and centered.
CANCER : Mars fresh in your sign, with it’s opposition to Pluto, bringing abrupt upheavals. They are only traumatic, if you resist their insistent and persistent, urge for release.
