Full Moon was on the 11th, in Cancer and Mercury turned retrograde, same day. Retracing its’ steps through to 22 degrees Capricorn, will see it returning to Aquarius degrees at the end of February. What does this mean? The topic of conversation around Christmas, is the key component here, when Mercury was linked with Saturn, and with the next Saturn/Uranus opposition coming up beginning of February, and again joining the Mercurial degree. Saturn and Mercury both retrograde, allows no forward movement at this time. Everyone will be sifting and sorting through their minds, in the process of letting go, of the old. A bit of a stalemate persists. To top all of this off, we have two eclipses, starting with the New Moon, Solar Eclipse on the 26th, in the humanitarian sign of Aquarius. The Sun entering Aquarius on the 20th, and Jupiter also freshly into that sign, until early next year. Chiron moving into conjunction with Neptune, also in Aquarius. Our heartstrings will be suitably plucked, as the World situation intensifies. Looking for solutions, to the needless suffering which seems to dominate, world headlines. The commonality and shared humanity, apparently escaping the attention of many. A point is reached, when suddenly the heart is unable to stand the pain any longer, and bursts forth with compassion and a sense of oneness. Unfortunately, the pain is often at its’ worst before the healing. This then, is the healing crisis and personal surrender, is the only resting place.

ARIES : Mars still in Capricorn, until early February, has you taking care of business. Triggering both Saturn and Uranus, at the end of the month, brings change and restructuring to your life. This is a slow process, although the initial dissolution often comes in one foul swoop. Things may feel a little relentless, although with the Sun moving into Aquarius, more conversation will pursue, with little resolve. Just learn to run with the current energies, and be prepared to let your ego take a step back, or a battering. The choice is yours.
TAURUS : Venus joins up with Uranus this fortnight, and is in formation then, with both Saturn and Mars. What a combination this is, and brings some structure and organization to your relationships, which are themselves, very deeply feeling and unpredictable. It seems that everything is undergoing major reconstruction, at the moment, and this includes your romantic and sexual life, not to mention your beliefs, around these and many other topics. What comes from conditioning and what comes from your own personal truth? Perhaps it is time to take a look.
GEMINI : Mercury retrograde, is never the best time for you, although you can use it to your benefit, by taking the opportunity to reflect. In Capricorn, we get to consider how our life is operating with regard to our ambitions and goals. Are we on schedule, or target with them, or have we allowed ourselves to become distracted by the array of media devices at our disposal? Take a little time to reflect, on these subjects this fortnight, and have yourself back on track by the beginning of February, when the next round of release occurs.
CANCER : Eclipses are prodding your life and energy over the next month. What is best for the collective and what is best for me? These are the questions you will be faced with, as we all try to find our place of belonging, during the current earth changes. Home is more important then ever. Finding where you belong; feel supported and loved, is the key to your happiness now. Community, can be your own family environment, where conversation is shared and a deep sense of commitment pervades. You will want to be with those you love, during the long haul.
LEO : The Sun travels now in your polar opposite, Aquarius, thus placing it in opposition to your Leo signs. An opposition acts like a see-saw. Sometimes in balance and sometimes not. Finding the point of equilibrium can be challenging. Doing too much for others, is as detrimental as being too self-centered.
