The New Moon occurred two days before the beginning of this fortnight. A Solar Eclipse at 7 degrees Aquarius. February 5, brings the second of our Uranus/Saturn oppositions and then the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on the 9th, at 21 Leo. It promises to be a big month. A month of change, upheaval, departure and a fine balancing act, between the old and the new. Hopefully creating a pathway of ease and grace between the two. The axis of Virgo/Pisces is one of service, compassion and understanding, so although the changes may be sudden, they will be understood, as a necessary part of a larger picture. A stellium of Planets in Aquarius this month, brings a larger than normal, humanitarian theme to the Planet. A natural banding together to form community, is inevitable. Chiron and Neptune working closely together, to bring a much needed unity through a common spirituality, even if only a sense camaraderie in difficult times. Jupiter joins Mars and the Karmic North Node towards mid-month, when we will see some momentous movement towards change, as world ego’s take a battering, or at least some form of revealing. Venus moves into Aries; giving the Goddess a powerful edge this month. She is ready for combat if necessary to protect her young and her family. Mercury still tracking through Capricorn degrees, after its’ retrograde last month, which finishes on the 1st. All in all, a very eventful month.

ARIES : Mars, your planetary ruler, moves into Aquarius at the beginning of February, joining up with the North Node and Jupiter, creating fated meetings and situations, for you. Jupiter, the lucky planet, will bring a spot of good fortune along with it. After the dryness of the past few weeks, it is welcome news, indeed! This could be the beginning of a very exciting and new, phase of life, for you. Be sure to harness the energy of the Saturn/Uranus opposition to make changes.
TAURUS : There could be an exciting new relationship, starting for you this fortnight. Falling short of that, you will, no doubt, be having some revitalization in the sexual department. Any hasty decisions at this time, could cost you dearly, at a later date. Think twice, before you commit yourself to any long-term arrangements. It is all too easy to act on impulse, and yet do your best, to not be tempted. A little patience goes a long way now.
GEMINI : Mercury moves from level headed Capricorn, into wild thinking Aquarius, this month, to bring some innovative new ideas to play in your mind and life. This is the time for experimentation, and brain storming with friends and within group settings. In fact, your friends will become very important, now. There is no idea, too grand or too far fetched, to not be considered. The Full Moon promises to be a very exciting for you, with an opportunity to platform your ideas.
CANCER : An auspicious month for you, with the moon being eclipsed, in Leo. There could well be some dramatic happenings around this time for you. (Full Moon February 9) Leo is about the human ego, and often when the moon is eclipsed, something is hidden from sight. Perhaps there is an area of friendship, which needs your attention. Are you giving enough of yourself? If the answer is no; then you need to find ways, which are not draining your energy or resources, to be of assistance.
LEO : The Sun, spends most of the month in your polar opposite sign, Aquarius, and with all those other Planets, also in that sign, you are getting some strong lessons on paying attention to other people. As cosy, as it may be for you, to be on centre stage, move aside this month, and let others take the lime light. You can promote your friends, with that gregarious enthusiasm of yours. All hearts, are currently being pierced with cosmic love, including yours.
VIRGO : The current Aquarius theme, strongly promotes healing situations, in your life. You are in the midst of learning, or at least being introduced to new modalities. Take this opportunity to broaden your personal repertoire, as it will hold you in good stead in the days to come.
