This fortnight leads us into the Full Moon Eclipse, on the 7th, at 16 degrees Capricorn. We are in an unusual series of three eclipses, over the coming weeks. Unusual, because they normally come in pairs. There will also be, two new moons in Cancer. Mercury, moves into Cancer, on the 4th, and Venus and Mars, slide out of Taurus, and into Gemini, on the 5th and 12th respectively. Our triple conjunction in Aquarius, has Jupiter meeting up with Neptune, again, on the 10th, and Chiron on the 22nd. Uranus has turned retrograde, through until December. As ruler of Aquarius, the sign of the conjunction, we now get to ponder over the healing, purging, growth and depth of feeling, which is currently occurring. The quantum leap necessary, to heal ourselves, and our Planet, made apparent now, will be integrated into our hearts and minds, ready for the next joining of Jupiter and Neptune, in December, when we take further strides in the direction, of our independent and collective healing. Remember also, that we are on the way to the next Saturn opposite Uranus, in September. The combination which is radically dismantling the old order, with echos of, and in relationship to, the ‘60’s, in preparation for the sign change, of Saturn into Libra, and marking the beginning of a series of squares to Pluto, through until 2017, as we build new structures, and implement new strategies on the planet. Those, we’ve not yet, dreamed of.
FULL MOON 15 Capricorn 24 July 07, 2009 5:23p.m. (Eclipse)
ARIES : An acute awareness of the energy shift, as Mars migrates to Gemini. What was, a moment ago, in slow motion, is now in fast forward. Erratic movement, is better than, no movement at all. Be careful though, to not put your foot in your mouth. In other words, pay attention to what you speak, as thoughts are occurring at lightening speed. The Sun and Mercury in Cancer, will put a bit of a dampener on things, at some point throughout the fortnight. Some things just take a little while longer to let go of.
TAURUS : Venus, your ruler about to go into Gemini, the twins, the now you see me, now you don’t trickster of the zodiac, will have you in two minds about relationship. What you valued a moment ago, now longer feels valid. Ah the fickleness of this time, could tie you up, in proverbial knots, if you allow it to. Better to use this time, in pursuit of learning, new methods of communication, short distance travel, and reconnecting with family members. It is all too easy to get lured into the emotional drama, of others. Energy draining and time consuming.
GEMINI : With both Venus and Mars in your sign, you are happily at home, in a relationship of words, and lots of high-end communication. It could be more played out in the head, than the bed. Nothing to fear here, as you are very at home, as the mercurial pursuits are your forte.Perhaps though, with Mercury in the that watery sign of Cancer, feelings are intuited behind and beyond the words. Remember to engage your sensitivity this fortnight, or you could find those wordy exchanges, becoming a little heated.
CANCER : Sun and Mercury both gracing your sign, this fortnight. What this engenders is compassion and heartfelt verbal exchanges. The tendency, is for you to get a little teary, at the best, and worst of times. If you want to remain dry eyed, better you stick to the facts, rather than get caught in the emotionality of the situation. This though, is a tall order, considering, your birth predisposition. Find yourself, some friends, that you can get all sentimental with, and pass around the tissues.
LEO : Not too much longer to wait, as the Planets are nearing there progression into your sign. We all look forward to this time of year, marked by the Sun’s entrance into to her own sign. Mercury, as her messenger, heralds the way, at the end of the fortnight. Things go a little awry this month, with the double Cancerian moons, and emotionality runs high. It is not until the end of the Leo cycle, that the moon finally brings some stability, light and understanding to these deeply feeling times.
VIRGO : What’s the most important thing, on your calendar, at this time? Could it be your very own date with destiny, or a sense of soul purpose, pulling you strongly and luring you on to new pursuits, past-times and even, for some, work related endeavors? As the load gets lightened, with the healing trio in the heavens, you come home, more deeply into yourself, and the sense of accomplishment derived from your everyday tasks, rests comfortably within your heart.
LIBRA : If you or your partner, are into nit-picking or fault finding, this fortnight, you could become overly critical, and do some damage to your relationship. Choosing to stick purely to facts, in your discussions, could save a lot of heartache. Everyone is feeling a little sensitive right now, and the right or wrong word, at the right time, can have its’ desired effects. Remember then, to sow only the seeds of love, and all will be well. You could be a little hasty, and over-communicate also; so take care.
SCORPIO : It’s not a problem for you, if there isn’t a dry eye in the house. More the better, you say. Get it all out in the open, and lay your cards on the table. If the depth doesn’t come into your everyday exchanges, perhaps you need to just get busy yourself, and use this energy to get your own affairs in order. Some of these could be affairs, of the heart, which are actually, out of alignment. Bring the deep and meaningful into the relationship arena, and do your best to curtail others, from becoming too fickle, or shallow.
SAGITTARIUS : “Loose lips, sink ships.” Be mindful, of what comes out of your mouth, particularly in close relationships, this fortnight. Although people may seem tough on the exterior, they are, generally speaking, pretty mushy on the inside, and doing their best, to hide it from others. Treat people, with a little respect, tolerance and understanding, even if you are in a hurry to get to your next destination. Remember, healing is a journey, not a destination. Sometimes, the greatest journeys we take, are on the inside, and unseen to outside eyes.
CAPRICORN : Your wisdom, knowledge and skills are going to be invaluable, in the years to come. It is your responsibility to lay solid foundations, for yourself, and your life and family, at this time. The larger environment, will come later. For now, use your new found principles on yourself. Test run, if you like, in your own life, and then you will be speaking from a space of experience, when the appropriate time, for outside action, is called for. Remember to take time out to play, and enjoy some intimacy also.
AQUARIUS : If you feel that life has come to a bit of a halt or standstill, let this be o.k. for the time being. You, along with the rest of us, are in a period of rapid integration, in preparation for the next leap forward. Note I said leap, and not step. Use the respite, to get your affairs in order, and if you can find the time, and the place, a little retreat would be well in order. Much is being asked of you, and you are a catalyst in the lives of many. Even so, you deserve, a little well earned rest.
PISCES : Jupiter and Neptune, dancing together again this fortnight. Growth, change, expansion, travel, mystical and magical communication. Both rulers, of your sign, and as such, propel you into rapid and inspiring events. Be open to an infusion of information, in the realms of the cosmos. This could range from anything slightly spiritual, to something totally technical. The spectrum is wide open. One thing for sure, is that you’ll never be quite the same again, or see the world through the same eyes.
