There are about 33 different styles in a host of fabrics to choose from here, all sizes for all ages, however hear that new style kaftans & floaty numbers are in the making, won’t be long! PEPILUCYBON – a cute name for a store (but it still doesn’t have a sign outside). This is sure one quirky homewares store, firstly, there’s the painted furniture in either gloss black, stark white, rich red lacquer & silver, sometimes trimmed with teak wood that looks most effective. The objets range from fancy tribal neckpieces, big, bold beads, silver & wood jewelry, horn, balls of shells, lamps with feathered (chicken) ‘hats’ (as left), screens, trays, bronze & terracotta ornaments, it’s an interesting mix with another larger store located on Jl Kerobokan, opp. LiO Collection. Mostly houses the bigger furniture items, European in style, mostly made from teak, teak block, recycled teak, mindi, sungkay & rattan, there are standing lamps, some with twisted wood, hanging lamps, providing a touch of Baroque. And found the perfect home entertainer, a natty mini bar in black lacquer that opens out at the top, size is 45 x 45 wide x 90 high, a clever addition to your home. KISS KISS BANG BANG! This store has the answer for all the family, clothes for gals, guys & kids too. Fresh, cool, easy to wear & value for money - The store is right next to The Corner Store (as you turn into Jl Laksmana (was originally a fish & chip store) but this is a whole lot healthier! KKBB is also part of the Grocer & Grind biz. Starting with the littlies (1 – 7yrs) really such cute boys wear, apart from khaki shorts with oodles of pockets, jeans, grey track pants & T/tops, you have the most darling large sleeve shirts with ruffles down the front! Also match up with the large black pants with a slice of black ribbon down the side of the pant, fun for them to dress up for weddings, parties & other swish events. Now for the little girls – again, such cute skirts, dresses tops & smocks, with the sweetest range of cool white dresses with embroiderery, some paisley, ruched & others that match Mummy’s dress! Babywear catered for too, ‘all in one’s’ to easy care singlets & a load of other fun stuff that baby wants! So, now for Mum? The racks are groaning with a lovely change of pace here, plenty of 70’s style floral dresses, plain bold colors with a hint of detail, T/Shirts that grew (as they were called back then) a tad of luxe swimwear along with some Pucci style kaftans and other cotton/knit/silk dresses that will fit into that summer wardrobe of yours. And of course some glam dresses for those party nights. Jewels, sandals, clumpy shoes, big bags & of course belts to nip in the waist, they have a good range at reasonable prices. And, for the guys! Well, glad to really see something happening here for the boys & color too! Spiffy fresh shirts that are bright & fun, try some of the new look ones with plenty of pattern, board shorts you will find, team with a T/shirts or singlet style (with a drop cut sleeve) I like the T/shirts with the frayed cut off sleeves & lastly some good dressy shirts for evening do’s. Sizes come in SML. KISS KISS BANG BANG is a great addition to the retail scene!
