Putting it out there – Getting ‘The Universe’ working for you
I love computers! I worked with them for a long time,
and just so enjoyed discovering ‘systems’ –
ways of organising processes and people so that everything
runs smoothly. Then I got interested in the human system
– that’s how I discovered holistic healing, because
it’s about literally re-programming the human being
so we can run more smoothly, be happier, and er, make sure
we are actually running the programme that we really want
to run!
Just to back track a moment, the human metaphysical system
runs on chi or prana – natural life force energy that
actually connects to ‘all that is’. I’m
talking about the aura, a magnetic field that surrounds the
body. The aura emanates from our chakras which are energy
centres spaced along the spine. The chakras are essentially
centres for the transmission of information. They open
and close, allowing or preventing the transmission.
When two people fall in love, the heart opens and you join
energetically at the heart. Lovely feeling!
Sometimes one or more chakras are blocked, cutting you off
from certain aspects of your being. That’s where
holistic therapy can help, releasing the energy flow to enable
you to express more of who you really are. For example,
a blocked heart chakra equates to inability to give/receive
love. A blocked sacral chakra (lower belly) links with
cash and sexual problems. If left, blockages may eventually
result in health issues.
The entire energy system of the body connects through the
crown chakra on the top of the head to ‘all that is’..
Imagine bumper cars, running around independently, yet with
the connection to the ceiling, which gives them their power
and through which they can also connect and communicate with
the other bumper cars. That’s what humans are
like in terms of their metaphysical information system.
You actually have the ability to connect with, and communicate
with everybody, though most of us have forgotten this!
Just reach out and open an imaginary dialogue with a loved
one in your mind, and what they ‘say’ may surprise
you!
You can request information on any topic you desire through
the universal system and it will come to you. Information
on anything that ever was, has been or shall be. Anything
you can conceive of, in fact. If the question is possible,
the answer already exists.
Just go to sleep with the intention that you would like to
receive help with a certain problem or issue, and you are
likely to receive either a dream or an encounter during your
day that will show you the answer to your question. This is
an awfully practical way to live and learn! Ask for
what you need! Don’t ask for too much at once
though or you may find yourself a tad overwhelmed by the situations
and events that will arise to create the learning you requested!
The point is, you have to ask. Because we have free
will, and the universal system is awfully polite about not
imposing. So it is programmed not to send you anything
unless you request it first. The universal system is
actually sitting there, humming, waiting to do our bidding.
Unfortunately, most of either don’t realise that, and
don’t ask for what we want. Or we ask, but not
clearly enough. Or worse, we ask unconsciously for things
we don’t actually want! If there are experiences
in your life that you don’t want, ask yourself ‘how
did I ask for this?’ ‘how did I create this?’
And you will find at a deep level, if you can bear to admit
it, that there is a reason, and you did ask for it!
If you don’t like it, call down a new creation.
By making a new request.
We often expect the answers to such ‘prayers’
or requests, whatever you want to call them, to be God opening
the heavens and booming down the answer, or a hairy long-bearded
man in a dress handing us a stone tablet! Remember though,
that the world is ‘an experiencing system’ and
as such answers tend to be sent as experiences. When I request
healing for myself on certain issues, I am often sent clients
with very similar situations to my own whom I then heal, and
receive insights myself in the process. Sometimes the
similarity of the situations, even down to having the same
names come up as the people involved in my own life, becomes
so synchronicitous as to be funny! God works in mysterious
ways. And luckily, has a marvellous and giving sense
of humour!
