Honouring The Masculine In You

If you have trouble appreciating your achievements, or feel depressed, this is for you.

What a hectic world we live in!  So many activities in so many different areas, all super-speeded up by the internet, sms messaging and technology!

It’s time to take a breather, and enjoy appreciating all that you do.

Honouring Your Creations

Relax, breathe, and find yourself in a big factory.  The foreman comes up to you, and shows you a list of everything you have recently created.  On a conveyor belt, you see symbols of the things going past.  Next to you, is a woman, a child, and a sage.  They are watching the creations on the conveyor belt and looking at the list and appreciating.. you.  Enjoy appreciating your creations for as long as you wish, and when ready, return to the room.

How was the experience for you?  Did you enjoy what you are creating?  And did you enjoy the appreciation?  If not, then slow down and do this meditation regularly and talk to the ‘woman, man and sage’ in it, until you align yourself to create what you really want.

When we whizz, moving very fast, sometimes the good things we have put out into the universe have trouble catching up with us!  It’s like, the goody parcel arrives and the recipient has already rushed off somewhere else!  So get into the habit of pausing and appreciating your creations and allow more good to come to you.  Just sitting, resting and pondering and enjoying feeling good things coming is a great thing too.

Procrastination Solution

Do you have trouble getting round to doing what you really want? This is the ‘eat your greens before you can have dessert’ programming! If so, I’m delighted to share a very powerful new subconscious belief that I just discovered, which is ‘I have to do what I don’t want before I can do what I want.’  Pause a moment and consider whether you have this, and if you do, embrace it, and begin to be aware that you can go straight for what you really want!  (I hereby give you permission to eschew greens forever if necessary! And if you feel uncomfortable with that last, then acknowledge and embrace that you may also feel ‘good things are bad for me’.)

A Cure For Depression
- Healing ‘Eeyore’

Recently, working with a friend whom I nickname ‘Eeyore’ as he lives under a black cloud (Eeyore is the depressive donkey in Winnie The Poo) has led to me to discover what I believe are the causes of ‘depression’, and a solution.

My Dad was a great person – a Leo, full of fun, sun and vigour.  He did magic, pulling eggs out of thin air (out my friends’ ears, to my delight, when I was a kid!)  Unfortunately, in my family there was a strong programming from Grandma which went ‘he doesn’t know what he’s doing, and he’s not up to much’.  This reflects how she felt about her own inner Masculine of course, and she projected it on my Dad.  Dad responded by feeling rather hopeless and floundering, and not achieving his potential.

If you feel depressed, look inside and see whether your inner Feminine feels ‘he doesn’t know what he’s doing and he’s not up to much’ about your inner Masculine.  Then acknowledge and embrace this and I promise you will feel better!  I feel much depression is this heart-sinking hopeless feeling, of the inner Masculine feeling derided and unappreciated by the innerFeminine!  A recent study in Singapore showed that 2 in 3 depressed people had depressed parents.  This is because they pass on the programming!  The other crucial belief is ‘my Father is depressed’.  If as a child, you believed this, or as an adult, get in touch with those parts of yourself and embrace ‘my Father is depressed’.   You will be amazed as the depression lifts!  This is because ‘My Father’ equates to ‘My inner Masculine’ and affects how you feel now. This is how we keep ourselves ‘in depression’.  Literally ‘the Masculine within us is ‘depressed’ or ‘put down’ resulting in lethargy.  You may also like to try it with ‘Mother’ if  your mother was depressed (though I’m willing to bet that it’s the Inner Masculine within your Mum that has the depression.)  Let me know how you get on, (I’m researching this) and I wish you lightness!

Celebrating The Masculine

Relax, breathe, and find yourself at the gates of a great gold castle.  A guard salutes and you enter.  You walk through the castle, feeling a plush carpet beneath your feet.  Pages throw gold coins as you walk by.  Notice how you are feeling.  You enter a large imposing room and appoach four thrones beneath a window shedding light.  You realise there are three people walking beside you.  You take hands, turn, and sit down on your thrones.  Enjoy the feeling, sights, and sounds for as long as you wish and when ready, return to the room.

May the Masculine within you shine with success and glory, the way it is meant to.
