Monday, December 25th celebrate Christmas at Finns Recreation Club and enjoy a long and lazy buffet lunch from 12 – 5pm. In keeping with their Christmas tradition, Finns once again invite the children from the Jodie O’Shea Orphanage to share the day, one of the highlights being the kids’ Christmas carol performance!

As is the case each December, the Jodie O’Shea Wishing Tree will stand resplendent in Finns foyer from the first of the month, complete with tags depicting pictures of each of the children at Jodie O’Shea along with a note detailing something they might wish to receive for Christmas. In the lead up to Christmas, Finns members and guests are invited to choose one or more of these tags and buy a gift for that child. The presents can be dropped at Finns Recreation Club reception prior to December 25th and Santa will distribute them to the children on Christmas Day at Finns Recreation Club. Embodying the spirit of giving, it truly does bring meaning to the day and there will undoubtedly be many a ‘leaky eye’ among the crowd as each child receives their gift from the Wishing Tree!
Everybody is welcome to join in and celebrate Christmas Day together at Finns for 2017. Not Just for the Fur Kids…. Now There’s Room for Hoomans Too!
For many of us, our fur babies are an important part of the family and traveling or going away without them is akin to losing a limb!
