St Regis now offer luxury brunches delivered to your home. . It features 10 specialty dishes from Kayuputi’s Pan-Asian inspired haute cuisine curated and prepared by Executive Chef Agung Gede and his culinary team, at-home diners can experience the variety of tasty dishes starting with Avruga pearls with crab bavarois and classic blinis; Freshly Baked Viennoiserie including Croissants, Danish pastries and breads with butter and preserves; Cold Cuts such as Prosciutto di Parma, house-smoked Tasmanian salmon, organic chicken rillettes with accompaniments; Apple pie overnight muesli; Chef Garden Salad with honey citrus vinaigrette; Miso baked oyster; Martabak foie gras with pineapple sambal; Lobster Thermidor [pictured], Black Angus Wellington with seasonal mushrooms, green asparagus, red wine meat jus; and closed off with sweet desserts by Pastry Chef Vincent Stopin including Chocolate bourbon tart and Mandarin orange.

Mr. Egg So much more than just eggs on bread, the menu at this new Canggu hub (curated by Chef Bowdy Tolhopf) is bringing bounce back to Bali’s brunch scene. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced produce, Mr. Egg has been winning fans fast with a ‘brunch outside the box’ mentality and a menu revolving around the mighty egg. Think Hollandaise Eggs with gin-cured salmon and miso creme fraiche, or smashed pork and Wagyu sausages with a fried egg and apple relish. This is an all-day brunch joint, so there’s also desserts (like the yuzu curd, vanilla ice cream and meringue cookie) and signature breakfast cocktails for an all-important daytime tipple. And come 5pm, Mr Egg doubles up to become Lucy Lu, a brand-new pizza place. They serve up slices of Sicilian pizza by the square alongside sides that will get you talking. A slice of Wagyu beef pizza with mustard-hoisin BBQ sauce alongside Cajun-Asian hot wings and crispy pork belly with sticky soy. Or a slice of artichoke and turmeric-cauliflower pizza with a side of organic burrata and heirloom tomatoes.

Jipsi Fish is soon to re=open in Canggu Plaza, It is another restaurant operation by Bali’s master restaurateur, David Kearns [Sarong, Happy Chappy]. The menu will offer much more than Fish & Chips. A new menu is being prepared and will include such tantalising specials as their Beetroot cured Salmon [pictured]. The menu includes freshly caught fish of the day, beer battered, crumbed or grilled in garlic and herb butter with a selection of sides, including mushy peas! For those feeling extra hangry, you can add a side-dish or order the Jipsi Basket to share, loaded with calamari, prawns, fish, potato scallops, chips and sauces.

Mozaic begins Sunday lunches on August 22. It begins with Edam Cheese Chouquette with black truffle cream. Then a series of cold cuts; Pate en Croute, cornichons, hazelnut, juniper berries, Watermelon Carpaccio, rendang spices, parmesan custard, lavosh crackers, Coral Trout Ceviche, tiger’s milk, torch ginger flower. Hot dishes include Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Leg of Lamb, Whole Snapper Meuniere, tomato and bacon vierge, Mushroom Risotto, black truffle mascarpone. Side dishes are also served; Asparagus and Grilled Pear Salad, Creamy Potato Puree, Young Jackfruit, bell pepper stew. Dessert is Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart, vanilla ice cream, Roasted Banana, ice cream, Warm Baked Kaffir Lime Madeleine, Valrhona Chocolate Macaron. Dishes are served family style in the air-conditioned private dining room, with live cooking by chef. The cost is Rp.550,000 ++p.p.

Ikra Bali, Jln. Bumbak Dauh, Kedrobokan is a neighbourhood restaurant seats 80 in a space which encompasses intimate family tables, spacious outdoor seating and a special area under a cloud of Bachus and dornfelder vines from North Bali. Ikra also has its own production kitchen, bakery and smoking station where all the homemade breads, pickling, smoked and cured meats, preserves, honeys and house-brewed beverages are created for guests to purchase and enjoy in the comfort of their own homes.

Happy Chappy in Canggu Plaza is open for takeaway or home delivery [GOFOOD and GRABFOOD] from 11.00 a.m to 9.00 p/m., daily. The full Happy Chappy menu is on offer; dim sum, mains – stir fries and roasts, and desserts.

Sa’Mesa is the latest Italian restaurant in Canggu. Specialising in seafood it is quite incredible. Apart from a constant supply of fresh seafood they also offer many creations, such as; Solid cheese as an outer casing, stracciatella and cream on the inside, paired with fresh zucchini. They also prepare a limited number of take-home dinner packages, ever day [for two persons] priced at Rp.500,000++. This includes limoncello. Antipasto, 1st and 2nd courses and dessert.
