Aperitif and Kayuputi combine to present A Lavish Dining Affair, this coming Friday, 25th March , at Aperitif [The Viceroy]. Chefs Nick Vanderbeeken [Aperitif], Agung Gede [Kayuputi] and Vincent Stopin [St. Regis] prepare an 8 coursee degustation menu. An oyster starts the process, with emulsion spimura and mustard seeds, followed by Hokkaido Scallop [daikon sheets, lemon basil, konbu and a miso emulsion], the Heirloom Tomato is with cheese. The seafood portion is Swordfish Belly [acar kuning vegetable, circumin, coconut milk emulsion and komangi basil oil] and Octopus [watermelon, red pepper and kenari]. The beef is Kiwami Wagyu Striploin [shimaji, black garlic, potato mousseline, spices and meat jus]. Dessert a Citrus Tube [lime curd, vanilla sour cream, vodka, sorrel sherbert] and Chocolate and Banana [banana mousse, dark chocolate, rum raisin]. Finish with Petit Fours. Jazz by the Sea With a special collaboration between the Ubud Village Jazz Festival and Reef Beach Club, The Apurva Kempinski Bali presents the Jazz by the Sea. This vibrant session is takes place on Sunday, 27 March 2021 from 15:00 to 22:00. Two talented groups will be taking the stage: Koko Harsoe Quartet and the Astrid Sulaiman Jazz Quartet. With this one-day celebration of jazz music, guests are invited to enjoy a fun and relaxed beachfront experience, without any admission fee.

Kagura is a Japanese restaurant in Nusa Dua, Jln, Pantai Mengiat Kawasan. They offer an all you can eat sushi rolls experience for Rp. 150,000 ++ . Every day from 1300 till 17.30. The a la carte menu offers many traditional dishes such as Agedashi Tofu or Horenso Spinach & Enoki Mushroom Oshitashi. The Kaiso Seaweed Salad is refreshingly healthy. Clams Hamaguri Saka Mushi is an unusual soup. Uzaku/Eel Vinegar and Kurage Su/Jelly Fish are interesting seafood dishes. Gindara (Black Cod) Shioyaki/Teriyaki and Buta/Pork Shogayaki are from the grill. There are Sashimi, Vegetable and Seafood Tempura dishes as well as a number of set menus.
